How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
As per our policy, VANTYX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by USPS. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is secure.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
